We accept all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and manual bank transfers.

Prices are in NZ Dollars (NZD).

We do not process or hold any card information. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, and all card numbers are AES-256 encrypted. • What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help if you need to cancel your tour. We'll do our best to rebook everything for you, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled tour, we will deduct a $50 cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs.

Should you cancel within 48 to 24 hours before the tour, we will apply a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as these fees help manage the resources we've allocated for your experience.

In the unfortunate event that you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, or if you do not show up, we won't be able to offer a refund.

    Booking Fees are non-refundable.

This policy ensures we can maintain the quality and availability of our tours for everyone.

  • How do we get to Waiheke Island?

    Waiheke by Sea

    Currently, three commercial services operate:

Fullers – Fullers360 provides a passenger service (both walk-on and reserve) from Auckland Ferry Terminal to Matiatia Wharf. The service generally runs every hour during the winter and every half hour during the summer and takes approximately 40 minutes. This is the main entry point to the island and can get very busy in high season and weekends so do get to the terminal ahead of time. Check timetables for sailings and prices.

Island Direct Ferries – provides a reliable, friendly, direct ferry service between Auckland Ferry Terminal to Matiatia Wharf. You can reserve your seat on this service at the same price as a walk-on, which makes this a great way to travel here in the busier months.

Sealink – If you want to bring your own car to the island, Sealink provides transport for vehicles and passengers. Travel time is approximately 60 minutes and ferries operate from Wynyard Wharf and Half Moon Bay in Auckland and arrive at Kennedy Point.

It is also possible to arrange private water taxi transport and boat tours with the following:

Auckland Sea Shuttles – Offer a professional water taxi service in the Hauraki Gulf, making Auckland and its neighbouring islands accessible for you to enjoy. Auckland’s longest established water taxi since 2013.

Auckland Water Taxis – Auckland water taxis operate 2 purpose-built vessels out of the viaduct harbour. They service every island in the inner Hauraki Gulf.

    Waiheke by Air

For the ultimate convenience or perhaps to celebrate a special occasion, flying to Waiheke is an exciting and memorable experience. Choose from one of these providers:

Heletranz.co.nz – Heletranz offers a range of helicopter transfers and packages for all occasions.

Waihekewings.co.nz – Package includes a scenic flight around the Waiheke Island, wine tasting and lunch at one of the top vineyards on Waiheke.

Flighthauraki.co.nz – Flight Hauraki is a team of vastly experienced pilots offering charter and scenic flights in Auckland.

Island Aviation – Explore Waiheke Island with our Sea, Land & Sky combo including ferry, flight & ground transportation.

If you book a tour with us and are arriving by air we can meet you at the aerodrome or vineyard landing pad of your choice.
